Every order starts with an image print inquiry and a review of file resolution and color profile. This helps us spot technical issues early and confirm whether the artwork is ready for printing.

We then discuss size and paper options based on the image, the intended use, and the final quantity. For many projects, a test print is recommended before the full set goes ahead.

Test prints are reviewed separately, so you can compare how the image translates to the chosen paper before production continues. The final print run is then prepared according to the approved quantity and selected materials.

Production usually takes three to six business days after confirmation, depending on file readiness, materials, and studio capacity. Finished prints are protected for collection at the studio in Ankaran.
